Unloading before suspend and reloading after resume also does not help?
Then this actually looks like a ndiswrapper problem or a problem with the
Windows driver actually driving the hardware - hardly anything we can fix
You could try to add a pm-utils hook like that, save it as
/etc/pm/sleep.d/01ndiswrapper and make it executable:
#!/bin/bash
case "$1" in
resume|thaw)
modprobe -r ndiswrapper
modprobe ndiswrapper
;;
esac
##########
maybe a "sleep 1" between the two modprobes could be helpful.
This should automatically unload and reload the ndiswrapper module at the end
of resume, and might be good as a workaround, if we can't fix the real problem.
