In the example section of 'man auto.master', an example is given as: /mnt yp:mnt.map But this does not work (anymore?). The current syntax is more like: /home yp auto.home -nfsvers=3 Also the explanation in the FORMAT section states, the ':' syntax is correct. At least in this case, it does not work, so maybe it is wrong in the general case as well.
