According to KDE Bug Tracking System this is a distribution specific error so for that reason I report it here. The steps required to reproduce the error are: 1 Open KDE Help Center 2 Click, under Contents tab, on Administration 3 Click, under Contents tab, on Hardware 4 Click, under Contents tab, on Cups Now a page is displayed on "Common Unix Printing System 1.2.7" Directly under this title there are a number of tabs (selectable fields) displayed respectively: Home, Administration, Classes, Documentation/Help, Jobs and Printers. Clicking on Admin, Classes, Doc/Help, Jobs and Printers results in the reported errors: "Unable to run command specified.
