But when I restart the server as a whole it refuses to start 'named'. I do not have this problem with my 11.1 'production' machine. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Install OpenSUSE 11.2 (no xserver) 2.zypper yast2-dns-server 3.yast dns-server 4. install packages (BIND) 5. configure server 6. close YaST 7. service named restart (This works) 8. reboot the server 9. named fails to start. Actual Results: named fails to start during startup.
