https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=340603#c3 --- Comment #3 from Németh Tamás <nice@titanic.nyme.hu> 2007-11-11 12:59:30 MST --- OK, I've found a workaround for my particular system. You may be able to derive the real solution from it. At first I realised that I'm able to record sound from my mycrophone by KRecord, so the problem has to lay somewhere around the kernel-skype interface. I lays there indeed. If I change the 'Sound In' device in skype's options from default to the first item in the list (HDA Intel (hw:Intel,0)) (as seen on the attached screenshot), the skype works again. If I revert my selection to default skype ceases to work again. It's interresting that skype fails to call anyone (it complains about audio capture problem) when KRecord it recording, even when I select the default sound in device, and skype would be unable to capture audio otherwise. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
