Way to fix: make filtering in the dialog for UTF-8 locales to be case-insensitive not only for English names but also for translations. How to reproduce a bug: 1. Session locale ru_RU.UTF-8. Open the applications menu (Gnome main menu->Applications... button) 2. Enter the word 'terminal' or 'tErMinAL' in the filter field - you will get the 'Gnome terminal' application listed. 3.
