(EFI system). Grub hung on every attempt at loading kernel message, and would not go any further. Tried various combinations of fast boot and secure boot enabled/disabled and nothing seemed to work. 12.3 works with both options disabled. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. boot from installer to grub by picking USB stick in EFI menu 2. select installation 3.
