Have a `ModemManager`-compatible modem and have ModemManager.service enabled 2. Open `nm-connection-editor` (installable via `NetworkManager-connection-editor`) 3. Use the `+` and choose `Mobile Broadband` 4. Pass through the wizard choosing an ISP and arrive on the editing page 5.
