We could disable the download. The dialog is at StandAlone/share/qml/AudioVideoPanel.qml ~ line 96: onOpenVCamDownloadDialog: vcamDownload.openDownloads() onOpenVCamManualDownloadDialog: vcamManualDownload.open()
