https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=412194 Summary: WiFi ceases to work after a suspend/resume cycle Product: openSUSE 10.3 Version: Final Platform: x86 OS/Version: openSUSE 10.3 Status: NEW Severity: Normal Priority: P5 - None Component: Network AssignedTo: bnc-team-screening@forge.provo.novell.com ReportedBy: nice@titanic.nyme.hu QAContact: qa@suse.de Found By: Other I have a Compaq nc6320 notebook, with an Intel Corporation PRO/Wireless 3945ABG card. I use it with the iwl3945 module. Once I turn on the rf kill switch (i mean i switch the WiFi card ON), and then do a suspend/resume cycle, the WiFi card will be unable to connect to - and even detect - wireless networks. I have to shut down the networking subsystem, unload and reload the iwl3945 kernel module and start networking again to re-enable WiFi. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
