https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=819679 https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=819679#c0 Summary: osc collab: identify patches to be dropped based on bug ID Classification: openSUSE Product: openSUSE Factory Version: 13.1 Milestone 0 Platform: Other OS/Version: Other Status: NEW Severity: Enhancement Priority: P5 - None Component: GNOME AssignedTo: vuntz@suse.com ReportedBy: dimstar@opensuse.org QAContact: qa-bugs@suse.de Found By: --- Blocker: --- Currently, osc collab update tries to identify patches that can be dropped, based on 'quilt' (which is rather unreliable in my experience already). It might be a nice addition to parse the PATCH-TAG line, identify the bgo/lp/xxx bug reference mentioned in there and parse the NEWS file / ChangeLog for references of the same bug number... If found, this could be flagged as a good candidate to be dropped. Bonus points if also FIXME: lines are checked for bug references and those lines removed, when the bug mentioned is listed in NEWS. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
