The "/" is mounted to ext3 filesystem, "/home" is mounted to XFS filesystem. At shutdown i see "device is busy" message, but system continues shutdown process, and this filesystems still not cleanly unmounted. This happens not each time, but approximately in 2/3 shutdowns. I shutdown my computer via KDE 3.5 shudtown menu.
