I have solved this problem, that is not personal environment. Perhaps some initial files of scim-uim-skk might have broken. PS And also I have solved about a bug of scim-skk （0.52-156-119). This bug is that when scim translates from a same character to a same kanji character repeatedly, scim goes hanging up. Therefore, we do not use the package because of the significant problem.
