https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=757321 https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=757321#c0 Summary: Cannot partition ext3 or ext4 fs during (auto-)installation: mke2fs -t ext3 -v ... Classification: openSUSE Product: openSUSE 12.2 Version: Factory Platform: Other OS/Version: Other Status: NEW Severity: Normal Priority: P5 - None Component: Installation AssignedTo: bnc-team-screening@forge.provo.novell.com ReportedBy: trenn@novell.com QAContact: jsrain@suse.com CC: ug@suse.com Found By: --- Blocker: --- Using autoyast with rootfs and another (/abuild) marked as ext3 or ext4 (tried both), the installation will fail when the file systems are tried to be set up via mke2fs. I'll attach a screenshot of the installation and y2logs (could be that the one is with trying ext3 the other with ext4, but it should not matter, there still is the same error). While this does not look like the bug is in the autoyast parts, I still add Uwe, as I somehow doubt that others are seeing this (I get this error for about a month now already). -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
