I put the severity as major, though I suspect maybe critical is better since this is a security patch which won't install. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open a KDE installation 2. Try to install patch openSUSE-2013-992 Actual Results: Error: "A package dependency could not be found."
