YaST2 just won't show up on my desktop when logged in as normal user. After giving root-password, nothing happens. When doing "su" in terminal then launching Yast with "yast2" it starts, however nothing happends when clicking on stuff in YaST.
When launching from terminal I get this (don't know if it's of any help though):
(y2controlcenter-gnome:7906): libgnomevfs-CRITICAL **: gnome_vfs_get_uri_from_local_path: assertion `g_path_is_absolute (local_full_path)' failed
(y2controlcenter-gnome:7906): libgnomevfs-CRITICAL **: gnome_vfs_monitor_add: assertion `text_uri != NULL' failed
(y2controlcenter-gnome:7906): libgnomevfs-CRITICAL **: gnome_vfs_get_uri_from_local_path: assertion `g_path_is_absolute (local_full_path)' failed

Oliver Schoch: I think it's a problem with the Gnome Keyring Manager. I don't have the problem when I not put in my passwort to the Keyring Manager, to start my WLAN Connection. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
