It looks like killproc is not able to terminate this process. Killing the process manually by its PID works. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. rcspamd start 2. rcspamd stop 3. ps ax | grep spamd Actual Results: corei7:~ # ps ax | grep spamd 3214 ?
