Could you please try the following steps?
1. open a terminal (xterm, or so) 2. switch to root by the command "su" 3. install the package libreoffice-debuginfo, otherwise the backtrace will not contain source lines and will be useless; [...]
I am having the same problem and even though the extensions seem to be running, to have my terminal filled with messy segfault error messages whenever I update libreoffice is not very comforting. I would have liked to run this through GDB too, but honestly the debuginfo for libreoffice is just too prohibitively large: --------------------------------- # zypper in -D libreoffice-debuginfo Loading repository data... Reading installed packages... Resolving package dependencies... The following NEW package is going to be installed: libreoffice-debuginfo 1 new package to install. Overall download size: 380.4 MiB. After the operation, additional 1.9 GiB will be used. --------------------------------- That's 2GB just to get a proper backtrace! Sorry, can't do. If unopkg isn't doing anything significant anymore in version 3.6 anyway, as you seem to imply, why not get rid of it altogether? -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
