and network in open - delay before dhcp get adress? (may be only an impression, but if 19.6 is seconds, it seems there is a lag)
Sorry, I don't understand. Are you saying that without NetworkManager it works (i.e. you get an IP address), but you see a delay? The 19.6 seconds in the dmesg above is unrelated to the network. At 19.6s, the drm was initialized on the graphics card. At 23.9s the network is brought up by the initscripts. I don't understand why "eth0: link up" appears twice. The dmesg will not tell us anything about the DHCP. Can you please attach /var/log/messages?
