The culprit here is the message: [ +0.083015] XFS (md0): Unknown buffer type 0!
Meaning that the journal contained buffer of type 0 which is invalid. Because of that we didn't attach any operations to the buffer and later _xfs_buf_ioapply() complained.
Is this reproducible? What does 'xfs_repair -n /dev/md0' say?
I have not seen this issue after, it occurred after unclean unmount of filesystem (reset of machine), nevertheless after printing this message fs was mounted and booting continued, so I assume that xfs_repair would not say us anything now -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.
