https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=733022 https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=733022#c19 --- Comment #19 from Andrew Daugherity <adaugherity@tamu.edu> 2013-04-10 00:20:15 UTC --- This bug appears to be fixed with the latest systemd update, and can likely be marked RESOLVED FIXED. Actually, there have been several systemd updates since, so it was more likely a previous update rather than the most recent, but in any case, both the original complaint (slow logins) and the verbose/spurious console-kit-daemon errors I noted in #17 are gone with systemd-37-3.17.1.x86_64. Also, when I installed the systemd update from home:fcrozat:systemd to resolve this problem, I neglected to note that future systemd updates from the official update channel never got applied (due to zypper's guard against "vendor change") until I ran a 'zypper dup' just now. Getting the latest systemd updates also fixed my problem of postfix not starting on boot (#747640, perhaps?), which had been driving me batty since all the 12.1/systemd/postfix bugs I found were marked FIXED -- I just didn't have the newest systemd update after all! FYI, I never encountered any slow login problems like this with 12.2 or 12.3, so the fix appears to have gone out before they were released. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
