Rest of sound works fine, and connecting an ext mic works also fine. Tried different model names for sound card config but none works. On the same laptop I have opensuse 11.0 x86-64 installed and there it worked out of the box, so the hardware is not the problem. (Before that I had to configure quite some things to get it working in opensuse 10.3, so I know what to do) The mixer never show an internal mic, when I set the model to 3stack it shows the input selection for the different sources, and it gives mic boost for both internal and external mics, but no slider for the internal mic, and testinng with skype shows internal mic doesn't capture any sound.
