I'll incorporate the patch tonight and the patched packages should be ready for testing tomorrow. You mean the 1.8-68.1 release in your repo? Well, on the first view the issue seems to be fixed with that. But I only tested with German locale and mp3-files. ID3v1 is also back on track with the new patch. Let's see what the others say.
