Maybe the description of the kernel packages could be changed to make this more clear, e.g., short changing description from "The ... Kernel - base modules" into "The ... Kernel - only with base modules". OK, in this case and after several additional tests, I should change the topic into: USB ports of HP advanced docking station (NZ222A) don't work correct with kernel-desktop-3.4.33-2.24, but with kernel-default-3.4.33-2.24. Description: With kernel-desktop - USB mouse either jumps or isn't recognized (tested with Xorg only) - keyboard looses 1 of 2 characters while typing texts or even isn't recognized (text terminal and Xorg) - printer isn't recognized - USB drives aren't recognized or are very, very slow (some KB/s while reading) Workaround: kernel-default-3.4.33-2.24 or 3.8.3-1. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
