https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=304184#c62 --- Comment #62 from Lubos Lunak <llunak@novell.com> 2007-10-30 10:59:34 MST --- I really suggest using plain X Window instead of QWidget, as Qt may do some things in response to the direct reparenting between its two widgets (it has e.g. SubstructureRedirectMask and may react to the resulting X events). As for the session managing, the decorator's lifetime is always managed by Compiz or something that runs both, isn't it, so why should it be also session managed? During testing with Compiz I'm regularly left with kde-window-decorator silently lurking in the background without a reason (as simple as "compiz --replace" followed again by "kwin --replace"). -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
