https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=850530 https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=850530#c2 --- Comment #2 from andreas bittner <abittner@abittner.de> 2013-11-15 13:07:33 UTC --- update: retried maybe I was stupid, but apparently I was not. reinstalled whole system from scratch from 13.1/x64/rc2 usb-key, selected smpppd package during install in addition so that everything would be there for a dsl/pppoe connection. very simple default install went right into network card and then dsl devices selected pppoe means, selected network card there added a provider, and still the same happens. nothing shows up in the first page of that dsl settings window, only in the provider tab the configured (username, pass, dialup or not, dns etc...) gets added. also lsmod displays no pppoe module then i modprobe pppoe from commandline then i did the whole dsl config stuff again again no dsl entries get added and no dsl0 config file gets created as it used to work in previous opensuse versions this is major :( what now? -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
