https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=455973 Summary: German texts during install urgently need proof reading! Product: openSUSE 11.1 Version: RC 2 Platform: i586 OS/Version: Linux Status: NEW Severity: Normal Priority: P5 - None Component: Translations AssignedTo: ke@novell.com ReportedBy: mantel@novell.com QAContact: ke@novell.com Found By: --- One of the first screens reads: openSUSE ist ein von Novell erstelltes und finanziertes Gemeinschafts-Projekt, dass versucht die weltweit benutzerfreundlichste Computerplattform bereitzustellen: Of course the "dass" is as wrong as it can be. Should read "das" instead. Additionally, there are tons and tons of missing commas (eg after "versucht", but there are many more). Way too many to list them all one by one. I strongly recommend to have the texts proof read by a native German speaker. I'm really tempted to set severity to "major". Wrong use of "dass" and "das" is as embarrassing as it can be! Looks extremely unprofessional! -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
