[Bug 366456] During installation from alpha2 DVD Quantadisplay Monitor is detected as 10 " instead of 12.2"

Programmer <casualprogrammer@yahoo.com> 2008-03-05 06:58:37 MST --- I just repeated the alpha2 DVD install on a Sony Vaio PCG-SRX51P ( Intel and it comes up with 10" 800*600 as well, this time I managed to get into a terminal and do a hwinfo --monitor. It returned nothing.
