https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=350559 Summary: Printer has to be resumed after every reboot Product: openSUSE 10.3 Version: Final Platform: Other OS/Version: Other Status: NEW Severity: Normal Priority: P5 - None Component: Printing AssignedTo: jsmeix@novell.com ReportedBy: sven.burmeister@gmx.net QAContact: jsmeix@novell.com Found By: --- I installed opensuse 10.3 with all official updates, including the hplip one. I set-up a HP LaserJet 3050 which did work on a 10.2 with hplip 2.7.7. The user I am working with is a member of the lp group. The problem is that the printer is in status "stopped" after the computer boots and one has to use localhost:631 + root to start it. Adding the printer via YaST does not help either. If the printer is started, it does print. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
