http://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=547983 Summary: Base YaST NFS Client Configuration server hostname combobox on existing values Classification: openSUSE Product: openSUSE 11.2 Version: RC 1 Platform: x86-64 OS/Version: openSUSE 11.2 Status: NEW Severity: Enhancement Priority: P5 - None Component: YaST2 AssignedTo: bnc-team-screening@forge.provo.novell.com ReportedBy: pBakhuis@Gmail.com QAContact: jsrain@novell.com Found By: --- User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux x86_64; en-US; rv:1.9.1.3) Gecko/20090909 SUSE/3.5.3-3.2 Firefox/3.5.3 I'm using the Qt YaST2 interface and it would be nice if the combobox labeled "NFS Server Hostname" would have values based on what you've filled in so far. For example my server is '192.168.1.100' and I've 3 shares, yet I've to type in 192.168.1.100 for each share. It would be nice if after adding the first one it would remember that location (192.168.1.100) as a value in the combobox. Something similar would be of great use to me as well if 'mount point' would be a combobox with common locations (/home/username), and perhaps in addition the existing ones minus the last foldersname. So if I had previously filled in /home/user/Shared/music one of the values in the list would be /home/user/Shared/. Might seem like a small thing, but it would at least cut the time it takes for me to set up my shares in half, and I'm sure it would speed things up for others greatly as well.
