http://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=556392 http://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=556392#c6 --- Comment #6 from Kristjan Ugrin <kristjan.ugrin@gmail.com> 2009-12-03 11:43:22 UTC --- Title of that bug report might be a bit misleading. The problem is not cpu usage during installation - many things happen in background and it is ok if cpu usage is high. It's the unresponsiveness that is the problem. For e.g. after installation my testing 11.2 with kde 4.4 takes more than 5 minutes to boot, testing is also a pain - moving or resizing windows, launching applications etc. is extremely slow. Don't know what could be the problem - this used to work when I had 11.1 as host and 11.1 as guest, but 11.2 with 11.2 guest leads to this. I'm not sure where the problem could be, but virtualbox versions are the same. My specification: 3.5 GB of ram Single core athlon 64 2800+ Virtual machine assigned ram: 1GB. Machine itself should run this scenario well, it did in past. -- Configure bugmail: http://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
