Why ? Because *all* the keyboard shortcuts don't working ! This includes: Ctrl+C, Ctrl+X, Ctrl+V, Ctrl+A, ... There are several thread about his at KDE. Here is one of them: http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=83732 The quick solution from the thread above tells me to: Turn on "Include Latin layout" in kxkb. (in KDE Control Center).
