It's still showing the UTC time on system clock If NTP Server synchronization is activated by default. If you switch to Manually it will come back again messing Internet Time and Localtime. you will need to deactivate it by going to "Configure" - General Setting tab - Start NTP Daemon switch to "Only Manually", press OK and go to Date and Time in YaST again.
