This does not happend know. I know that the nouveau driver can do that because I did the following: 1.Open a terminal 2.su 3.cd /sys/class/backlight/nv_backlight/ 4.echo 600 > brightness (this decreases) 5.echo 1025 > brightntess (back to maximum) But when I am pressing the respective keys there is no such an action I have made a little daemon for Fedora in http://backlightd.svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/backlightd.tar.gz?view=tar which does that provided that the GNOME applet responses to the combination of keys. The same goes for KDE4 Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Press Fn+F5 or Fn+F6 2. 3. Actual Results: Nothing Expected Results: Decrease or increase the brightness -- Configure bugmail: http://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
