obs-studio is not part of tumbleweed.

Please reach out to the maintainers of the respective repositories

The opensuse style guide on submitting bugs says that reporting bugs with third party packages is done here. It says to use component "3rd Party Software"; as that's not available in the drop-down menu I went with "other". -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.
