Now I merged the fix to openSUSE-15.0 kernel git repo, and will submit the revamped Leap 15.0 kernel update soon later, once after the test build finishes. Usually it'll take one or more days until the OBS submission is accepted and landing to Update-Test repository. After QA, it'll be moved to the official update repo. I can't say how long it'll take, but you can grab the kernel from Update-Test repo beforehand and use it unless it breaks anything else. The package in Update-Test repo is also a (semi-)official one with a proper openSUSE signature for secure boot. Alternatively, people who suffer from the problem can simply revert the previous kernel-firmware package update, or just remove /lib/firmware/ath10k/*/*/firmware-6.bin files as a stop-gap until the fix kernel gets released. (Basically it's the same effect; my "fix" is nothing but to avoid loading this firmware-6.bin file for those buggy chip models.) -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.
