The installation worked on 13.1 final if you wait long enough during the searching for linux partitions stage. I was trying to install 13.1 final and it stalled at searching linux partitions again. I forgot about the installation for a while but then I later noticed that the installation continued. I think it took about 20 minutes to get past the searching partitions step.
