Since iOS 7, Apple added a trust dialog which prompts before allowing your computer to access it in any way (even over PTP). The gphoto2 software doesn't know how to handle the trust dialog and just keeps on trying. What you need to resolve your issue is a recent usbmuxd package. Only that will make your iOS device stop to show the trust dialog appropriately. Closing this bug again as we've achieved this with the latest updates to the packages. I maintain an openSUSE 13.1 repository with proper iOS device support here: http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:/FunkyM:/iOS/openSUSE_13.1/ -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.
