Can you add "ignore_loglevel debug" on the kernel command line and boot * the oS 12.3 and * the parted magic kernels, once with "Wake on LAN from S4/S5" enabled and once with that same option disabled. Each time you do that, please do dmesg > dmesg-[some-unique-name].log and zip those 4 log files and upload the archive to the bugzilla. It could be that depending on WOL settings, the card is doing different things when powering down the PHY (that would actually need dmesg on powerdown too but for that you'd need some sort of console like serial. Perhaps we can see something in the logs now too). @Benjamin: Does comment #26 ring any bells?
