http://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=598193 http://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=598193#c70 --- Comment #70 from Bruno Friedmann <bruno@ioda-net.ch> 2010-06-22 16:52:22 UTC --- Trying to install a new server here with factory of the day ( 22 June ) crash with system disque : md0 ( sdg1,sdh1 ) raid1 ext4 for /boot md1 ( sdg2,sdh2 ) raid1 -> vgsystem -> lvsuse113 (ext4 Label SUSE113 ) for / -> lvtmp (ext4 Label TMP) for /tmp -> lvvar (ext4 Label VAR ) for /var -> lvsnap (10GB) not formated, not mounted ... Yast2 found /boot and can mount it .. in /dev/mapper/ exist the lvsnap Not of the other are present. We are on install system, so modification are not easy ( booted by pxe from the factory ) As said before, we are at 2 step of RC2, and the situation is (at my opinion catastrophic in server land where lvm is heavily used ) So a solution is more than needed. Or a way to do this ( I can't imagine what happen to a sysadmin upgrading it's 11.2 server with zypper dup .... after the reboot ) Can we raise it to P1 ? -- Configure bugmail: http://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
