But after an update of the system vlc crashes without an error message (sometimes it gives a segmentation fault). I have added the output of 'vlc -vvvv http://www.pm-srv.de:29000' This does not happen in opensuse 12.2 and on 12.3 'mplayer http://www.pm-srv.de:29000' works perfectly. I played around with the output devices in vlc, but it did not help. When i disable the sound, vlc works (but without sound). I installed opensuse 12.3 x86:64 VLC media player 2.0.8 Twoflower (revision 2.0.8a-0-g68cf50b) Qt: 4.8.4 KDE Development Platform: 4.10.5 "release 1" kde4-config: 1.0 vlc is from the packman repositories Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.vlc http://www.pm-srv.de:29000' 2. 3. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
