I hadn't installed qt frontend.
After update zypper in yast2-gtk yast2-qt this bug does not appear any more in
qt nor gtk.
But it resizes after clicking to any tab on left, even if there is no apparent
reason to resize (widgets would fit to smaller window, but resize down is not
possible), up to reaching of ugly 919x450 after clicking to Broadcast.
Surprisingly, on 800x600 screen it looks better (720x450 without any invisible
parts).
