[Bug 1178432] screen saver is one hour ahead while system time is correct; still using DST?

After reading bug 1178349, I'm unsure: My system time is correct and the time in the GNOME panel is also correct; only the screen saver's time is not. The bug referenced does not even mention screen saver!
