I forget to ask is it the initramfs that pops up the passphrase prompt ? If so it is a separate problem.

The passphrase prompt is presented during boot, while the Tumbleweed logo is present at the bottom of the screen. Only after entering the passphrase does the login prompt appear. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.
