When a macOS or Opensuse updates the kernel, there is nothing I have to do, Refind finds the symlink in /boot and boots. I can even select alternate kernels if available during the boot start. The only thing I ever have to do is for booting Refind on an external from the Mac Option key, requires the module renamed to BOOTX64. So I have simple and very flexible booting systems with nothing to do but installing the boot managers (Refind and Opencore), then can install operating systems and boot them with no configuration. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.
