Sysconfig --> system --> boot is set to Auto. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.click on lock/logoff --> turn of computer or type shutdown -h now as root using su -c or sudo 2. starts shutdown, cli gets to Linux-3tnp Login: the message [878.0793971} Power Down appears. (Numbers vary each time). 3. Let sit up to 1/2 hour, no power off 4. Push and hold power button, things shut off Actual Results: Never shuts down Expected Results: System, external drive to power off. This was working on MS6 with out problems. Not sure if this is right catagory to report in. openSUSE 11.2 works fine. 2.6.34-12-desktop #1 SMP PREEMPT 2010-06-29 02:39:08 +0200 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linu KDE 4.4.4.
