Maybe as root ... cd /usr/src/linux/drivers/scsi/aic7xxx patch -b <path_to/aic79xx-use-dma-required-mask or patch -b -d /usr/src/linux/drivers/scsi/aic7xxx \ <path_to/aic79xx-use-dma-required-mask As this is a driver do I need a Windoze style reboot for it to become active ?
