Remove either tuned or tpl. If you run “zypper dup” as root you will be able to do this interactively.

Thanks. That's how I fixed it. I'm new to openSUSE after many years on ubuntu and prefer the CLI anyway but ideally KDE users would be able to sort this / be given the option to remove one or the other through the GUI. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.
