https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=851720 https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=851720#c6 --- Comment #6 from Johannes Meixner <jsmeix@suse.com> 2014-08-01 10:44:30 CEST --- A fresh installation of what exactly? Because you mentioned an URL with "openSUSE:/13.1" I assume you did a fresh installation of openSUSE 13.1. I don't know what the "ports" repository is. On http://download.opensuse.org/repositories I only found http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/Ports:/ i.e. "Ports" not "ports" but that only contains http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/Ports:/ARM:/ and I assume you did not do a fresh installation of openSUSE 13.1 on ARM architecture. On my openSUSE 13.1 (an installation from June 2014) I have those standard respositories: ------------------------------------------------------------------------- # zypper lr -u | cut -s -d'|' -f6 URI cd:///?devices=/dev/disk/by-id/ata-QEMU_DVD-ROM_QM00003,/dev/sr0 http://download.opensuse.org/debug/distribution/13.1/repo/oss/ http://download.opensuse.org/debug/update/13.1/ http://download.opensuse.org/debug/update/13.1-non-oss/ http://download.opensuse.org/distribution/13.1/repo/non-oss/ http://download.opensuse.org/distribution/13.1/repo/oss/ http://download.opensuse.org/source/distribution/13.1/repo/oss/ http://download.opensuse.org/update/13.1/ http://download.opensuse.org/update/13.1-non-oss/ ------------------------------------------------------------------------- To install sane-backends version 1.0.24 see comment#2 (i.e. get it from the develoment project "graphics"). If your fresh installation of openSUSE 13.1 has by default an invalid repository, then please report this as a new separated bug, see http://en.opensuse.org/openSUSE:Submitting_bug_reports ------------------------------------------------------------------------- When reporting a bug, please use one report for each defect you want to report. Using a single bug report to address several problems at once is really not a good idea because it makes it difficult to track the progress on each item. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Furthermore having separated issues in separated bug reports is a precondition to handle the issues independently because different issues usually require different people to get them analyzed and resolved. For example in this particular case here there is nothing what I can do regarding issues with respositories. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
