According to the idmapd configuration, "Domain" should be by default the FQDN of the host for NFSv4, while the NIS domain should never be the FQDN. If ipmapd "domain" is identical to NIS domainname, why does idmapd not use the getdomainname() syscall but needs the config option? Or is the problem, that we have a wrong default entry in idmapd.conf?
